  • I started this journal as a way to keep myself on track after realising I needed a ritual that could be quick yet effective so that I could fit it into my daily routine. 

  • The 90-day process allowed me to get things done, but in a fun way, so I decided to share it with you all and make it into something physical that you can hold.

Yes, journaling + visualisation are all fantastic tools that we use within this process, but for something to manifest into your physical reality (aka your life) you must first take physical action. In this journal, we encourage you to take action (even tiny steps) help you build momentum towards your goals. 

  • You are not open about how this tool can help you. Yes, we talk a lot about practical action, but we also talk a lot about perception + choice, you do not have to be ‘ready’ (is anyone ever ‘ready’ anyway?!) but you do have to be open to the ideas that we speak about! 


What has changed from the original journal?

When the first journal was created and launched in 2019, we had no idea how it would take. We were blown away with the response and based on the feedback we have improved the journal to be even more of a helpful tool. The basis of the journal remains: 90 days But, here are the changes we made: More travel friendly. We have adjusted the size to be a little smaller, but have kept the exercise book format that was loved. The size of this journal is 6×9 in, 15×23 cm. More structure. To reflect this, we have added some additional pages within the journal, which include 30-day intention setting, 10-day prep, 30-day reflections and we have also revamped the journal prep steps. We have also a life audit at the start and the end of the journal so that you can map your progress. Prep Steps. We have changed up the prep steps to be more streamlined. They now help you focus more. The Daily Log With the daily log we have changed up the daily log to make manifesting your desires easier. The morning and night log now interlink. From the photos on this page you will be able to see what the daily log spread looks like.

How long does this journal last?

The daily logs take you over a process of 90 days, but there are the 'prep steps' at the start of the journal. The prep steps are designed for you to get the most out of the 90 days. You can spend as long or as little time as you like on the prep steps.
