I think that is most of us at some point. 😞  

 

I believe in a positive mindset and I am a positive person. BUT...  

I have been in those positions, you know the kind:  

The ones when you feel jealous. The ones where your confidence is low. The ones where you are full of worry. The ones where you are procrastinating and feel low Vibe AF.  

  I used to wish we all had a handbook. Given to us when we start our lives as ‘adults’ (whatever that means).  

A ‘what to do when’ guide.  

There are handbooks on everything else, I mean…

So when I found myself in low vibe situations I knew that I was on a shitty frequency but how could I change it? When I got into those situations it was just a downward spiral.  

I needed something more.  

Something that would help guide me to turn those situations of lack and sadness into situations of growth, empowerment and development.  

 

The what to do when mindset ebook came about as I kept gaining useful insights regarding how to deal with those certain situations, but when they arose I completely lost all logical sense and would allow the situation (however big or small) to mess with my mindset totally. In turn, this made me unhappy, less productive and to talk about it in a woo-woo sense; it changed my frequency from high vibe on to negative real quick.  

 

 

I wanted to create an easy to use guide for what to do in certain situations. Not all of the situations are bad, but all of them can help you develop as a person when you maturely deal with them.  

 

 

Personal growth is maturity, and maturity is not to do with age. But instead to do with taking responsibility.  

And that is the purpose of this handbook. To allow you to take situations from a mature perspective, and in turn grow.
