Not too long ago I was on a 1-1 session with a client when it emerged that she was creating such a low vibe evening routine (not her fault). She had been stuck in a rut for a while now, and it looked a little something like this:
Eat crap food.
Watch low vibe tv.
Go to bed and worry about all the things on her mind as that was a time where nothing was going on.
Sound at all familiar?
The problem is, this routine had been on repeat for years.
Now she couldn’t make a whole load of changes overnight. Drastic changes only work for a small minority. But what she could do is focus on one the bad habits.
We chose one of the impactful habits, which was the endless hours of worry before she fell asleep.
So how did we change it?
We implemented the 3 Step Solution.
And that very solution is something I wish to share with you right now…
Step 1: Speed journal. Downloads all of her worries. She now does not go to sleep until she has at least clearer her mind or talked herself into why these worries are not something to worry about. So essentially she is positively processing these low vibe feelings.
Step 2: Ask. She asks her higher self for guidance. She is very specific. For example, one of her questions was “How can I negotiate my hours at work?”.
Step 3: Really focus on how she wants her life to look before she drifts off to sleep.
You see, slowly we are trying to change her whole routine. But for now, we have tackled the worry element, one small step at a time. Which is what so many of us struggle with.
Before you fall asleep is a powerful time to manifest. Whether that is a negative thing, like more worry or a positive thing, better negotiated hours.
